For your convenience, we have simplified the process of submitting a claim to a minimum. Here is what we recommend you do in the event of an incident:
Step 1: Please contact the Emergency Incident Response Center on 00 800 10 200 000 (free call 24/7). Before that, if you have been a victim of theft, you must report the incident to the police and provide us with the reference number you received from the police.
Step 2: Prepare all invoices, receipts, reports and any other original documents that may be necessary to support your claim. You must keep copies of all documents you send us.
Step 3: Explain in detail to our consultants the description of the incident that occurred. From there, we take care of it!
Make sure you don’t forget to:
Check if the insured event meets the insurance conditions;
Check if the insured event is not part of the excluded clauses;
Check if the insurance premium has been paid regularly, including up to the date of the event.
